Đà Nẵng has announced that in 2025, it will implement various strategies to attract a large number of cruise ship tourists, aiming to effectively tap into the potential market segment.
The central city had 210,000 tourists on two days – the country''s
reunification day (April 30) and May Day, the Provincial Department of
Culture, Sports and Tourism said.
Da Nang will put an additional 1,800 new hotel rooms into
operation this year, but the central coastal city is not worried about a
guestroom oversupply.
The central city of Da Nang will set up a tourism
centre to provide free information for tourists by the end of this year,
said deputy director of the city''s culture, sport and tourism
department Tran Chi Cuong.
